Our versatile fill-whip utilizes SS high-pressure full-flow 6,000 psi quick-disconnects for alternating supply cylinder connections. And our premium nylon 11 core hose is rated for a minimum burst pressure of 20,000 psi (working pressure 5,000 psi)!!!
The standard assembly includes a SS 6,000 psi check valve to prevent accidental back-flow of a SCUBA cylinder's contents into a supply cylinder.
And to make your mixing sessions easier than ever, we've integrated a compact 5,000 psi DIGITAL pressure gauge rated for 1% full-scale accuracy (no more guessing about pressure readings on a poor-resolution analog gauge).
Standard components include: 300 BAR DIN connector -- bleeder-block -- line valve -- digital pressure gauge -- check valve -- hose assembly -- quick-disconnect (female) -- quick-disconnect (male) w/300 BAR DIN connector, CGA540 (oxygen) connector, CGA580 (helium/argon) connector.
*300 BAR DIN connectors, bleeder-block assembly, and medical-grade line valve are all constructed of chrome-plated brass. CGA540 & CGA580 connections are industry-standard brass construction. Gauge image (but not specs) subject to change.
